The Faculty of Management Sciences from Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus organized the 7th HTM Festival 2023 project titled “Enduring Tourism 1, Sustainable Tourism”, a service industry skills competition for tertiary level

On 5 April 2023, the Contemporary Hospitality Management Major of the Faculty of Management Sciences from Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus organized a service industry skills competition for tertiary level at the 7^th HTM Festival 2023 titled “Enduring Tourism 1, Sustainable Tourism” which is a project that celebrated the 80^th anniversary of Kasetsart University. There were more than 14 universities that have come to participate in this years’ competition that was a mix of table setting, mixology, and other competitive skills such as answering tourism problems and guide skills. The event was honored by Dr. Jumpoth Boriraj, the Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences from Kasetsart Unviersity, Sriracha Campus, who had presided over the opening ceremony of the project.

The Faculty of Management Sciences invariably puts teaching with practical learning at the focal point of education. The skills competition event at the HTM Festival has been held for 7 consecutive years, and this years’ event happens to have become extra special given the presence of those who have participated due to the event aligning with the 80^th anniversary of Kasetsart University. We wish to congratulate the teams and institutions who have won various awards from the 5 types of service professional skills competitions.
