The Digital Marketing and Branding Major of the Faculty of Management Sciences from Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus have participated in making a penny bank, and income and expense book with the children from Wat Manorom School in Sriracha, Chonburi in the activity titled “Save Money, Save Dreams, Build the Future”

On the 3^rd of March 2023, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nipha Niruttikun, a lecturer for the Digital Marketing and Branding Major of the Faculty of Management Sciences, led the students of the faculty to participate in the project titled “Save Money, Save Dreams, Build the Future” for the students of Wat Manorom School in Sriracha, Chonburi. The penny bank, and income and expense book making activity was an activity organized by the Digital Marketing and Branding Major of the Faculty of Management Sciences from Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus.

The “Save Money, Save Dreams, Build the Future” project received good cooperation from Mr. Sanchai Chaladkit, the Director of the Wat Manorom School, Ms. Adisa Senkaew, the Deputy Director, and Ms. Renu Anleuchai, a primary school teacher for the grades 5/2 and 5/3.

Additionally, there were recreational games that enhanced the financial knowledge of the kids, designing activities such as coloring an income and expense book, and making a DIY penny bank with the use of a bottle of water. All of which are activities that adhere to the objectives of the project.

The “Save Money, Save Dreams, Build the Future” was a project supported by: the Government Savings Bank, Ao Udom Branch; Thai Oil Public Company Ltd. for the prizes distributed to the students and the surgical masks; and finally Pokchok Motor Home, a Corndog Stall at the third gate of Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus. We are grateful to all the aforementioned partners and to Mr. Wichakorn Chaikul, the Assistant Manager of the Government Savings Bank of the Ao Udom Branch, for honoring the participants with his presence as a speaker sharing his knowledge on financial literacy to the 5^th grade students at Wat Manorom School.
