เปิดรับสมัครแล้ว!

โครงการแลกเปลี่ยน ภาคฤดูใบไม้ร่วง ประจำปี 2568 จาก Shinshu University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น สำหรับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 2 – 3 และนิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่มีความสามารพิเศษทางภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับดีมาก เพื่อเข้าร่วมการศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนในชั้นเรียนที่ Shinshu University

แต่สำหรับนิสิตที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานภาษาญี่ปุ่นมาก่อน หรือมีพื้นฐานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางก็สามารถเข้าร่วมโครงการได้ โดยเลือกศึกษาในหลักสูตรทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นโดยเฉพาะ (Japanese Language-related subjects) ภายใต้สังกัดของ Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) Program, Shinshu University

ระยะเวลาโครงการ : 1 ภาคการศึกษา (ตุลาคม 2568 – มีนาคม 2569) หรือ 2 ภาคการศึกษา (ตุลาคม 2568 – กันยายน 2569)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

เป็นนิสิตปัจจุบันของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 2 – 3 หรือระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา
ต้องมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์และสุขภาพจิตดี
หากประสงค์เข้าศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนในชั้นเรียนปกติ ต้องมีความสามารถทางภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับดีมาก แต่หากไม่มีพื้นฐานภาษาญี่ปุ่น หรือมีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สามารถเลือกศึกษาในหลักสูตรทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นโดยเฉพาะ
สามารถรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการครองชีพอยู่ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้ตลอดระยะเวลาแลกเปลี่ยน
ต้องมีสถานภาพนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ตลอดระยะเวลาเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ และหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นโครงการฯ แล้ว นิสิตจะต้องกลับมาศึกษาต่อ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ทันที
กรณีประสงค์สมัครทุนสนับสนุน JASSO ต้องมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมตั้งแต่ 2.30 ขึ้นไปจากคะแนนเต็ม 3.00 ตามวิธีการคำนวณเกรดเฉลี่ยแบบ JASSO (สามารถศึกษาวิธีการคำนวณได้จากเอกสารแนบใน QR Code)

ขอให้นิสิตที่สนใจสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการกรอกใบสมัครพร้อมเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการสมัครให้ครบถ้วน และนำเอกสารมาส่งที่หน่วยวิเทศสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือ ห้องสำนักงานเลขานุการ ชั้น 4 อาคาร 10 (ในวันเวลาทำการ)

Call for Applications!

Shinshu University Student Exchange Program (Autumn Semester) is ready to accept applications. Undergraduate students in year 2 – 3 and graduate students who are with excellent Japanese proficiency are invited to join the regular exchange program.

However, students who have no prior knowledge of Japanese or have a moderate level of proficiency can also participate by applying for Japanese Language-related subjects at Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) Program.

Program duration: 1 semester (October 2025 – March 2026) or 2 Semesters (October 2025 –September 2026)

Applicant Qualifications:

Applicants must be a current undergraduate student at Kasetsart University in year 2 – 3, or a graduate student.
Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
If applicants wish to join the regular exchange program, they should have an excellent Japanese proficiency. Otherwise, applicants with no prior knowledge of Japanese or having a moderate level of proficiency are welcome to apply for studying in Japanese Language-related subjects at Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) Program.
Applicants must be able to cover living expenses in Japan for the entire duration of the exchange.
Applicants must maintain student status at Kasetsart University throughout the exchange period and must return to continuing their studies at Kasetsart University immediately after the exchange ends.
If applicants wish to apply for JASSO scholarship, they must have a GPA of at least 2.30 out of 3.00 according to JASSO GPA calculation method. Applicants can refer to the attached document in the QR code for details on the calculation.

Interested students are requested to complete the application form and prepare all necessary supporting documents. Please submit the documents to the International Affairs and Cooperation Section, Office of the Secretariat, Faculty of Management Sciences, 4^th Floor, Building 10 (during office hours).
